Cockroach Control
Eliminate cockroach infestations fast, before they multiply
A single female cockroach can produce up to 300 offspring in a year. German cockroaches, the most common indoor species, reproduce so fast that a small problem becomes a severe infestation within weeks. Our gel bait and IGR (insect growth regulator) program stops breeding and eliminates colonies within days.

Our Cockroach Control Treatment Methods
We select the most effective approach based on your specific infestation, property, and family situation.
Gel Bait Application
High-efficacy gel bait placed in harborage areas kills roaches within hours of feeding, with secondary kill through bait transfer within the colony.
Insect Growth Regulator (IGR)
IGR prevents juveniles from reaching reproductive maturity, stopping population growth and breaking the breeding cycle.
Crack & Crevice Treatment
Residual insecticide applied to voids, behind appliances, and in wall gaps targets roaches in their harborage areas.
Glue Board Monitoring
Strategically placed monitor boards track activity levels and verify treatment effectiveness over follow-up visits.

German cockroaches: why sprays alone fail
The German cockroach is the one behind most indoor infestations. UC IPM says it has the fastest reproductive cycle of the common pest cockroaches: one female and her offspring can produce more than 30,000 roaches in a year.
- Adults are about 1/2 inch long and light brown, with 2 dark stripes on the shield behind the head.
- They favor kitchens, bathrooms and food preparation areas: warm, humid places near food, water and dark cracks.
- The female carries her egg case, about 1/4 inch long and holding about 30 young, until a day or two before it hatches.
- Sprays alone won't eliminate them. Aerosols and foggers miss the crevices where roaches hide, can scatter them to other rooms, and many roaches now resist common spray insecticides. Baits are the main treatment and gel baits work well indoors, but results take 7 days or longer.
- Sticky traps at wall-floor junctions and behind large appliances are the best way to detect roaches and to check whether a treatment is working.
